The design & development work is to be shared between HAL and UAC and JVC will be authorizing this workshare with suitable contracts. Turnover of the Company on achieving full production level is estimated at USD 1000 million p.a.
Openings are available at the Joint Venture Company for executing Multi Role Transport Aircraft Ltd. for the following positions:

| President (as Chief Executive) | 01 Post, Qualification :Engineering Graduate/Post graduate, preferably in Aeronautics. and A Masters Degree / PG Diploma in Management will be an added qualification. Age Limit : Around 50 years |
| Comapany Secretary-Cum- Head of HR | 01 Post, Degree (Preferably in Commerce) with an Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India |
| Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | 01 Post, Qualification : University Degree with a pass in final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost and Works Accounts of India / MBA (Finance) from reputed / recognized universities / Institutions |
| Chief Comercial Officer (CoC) | 01 Post, Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with 10/13 years of Post Professional Qualification Experience in the areas of Materials Management, Project Management, e-Procurement etc. Candidates possessing Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management / MBA in Supply Chain / Materials Management from recognized Universities would be given preference. |
