HPCL Biofuels Limited (A wholly owned subsidiary company of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) has acquired two Sugar Units located at Sugauli Village, East Champaran District and at Lauriya Village, West Champaran District in the State of Bihar and both the Plants have been commissioned in 2011. In order to meet Business requirement, following experienced personnel having relevant experience in Sugar Industry are required. All the incumbents are required to be stationed at the Plant and operate from the Plant
(Sugauli or Lauriya as the case may be) only :
  1. General Manager(Location Head)-02 Posts, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.12 to 15 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:50.
  2. Plant Manager(Sugar) - 02 Posts, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.6 to 8.5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:45.
  3. Plant Manager(Ethanol)-02 Posts, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.6 to 8.5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:45.
  4. Plant Manager(Co-gen)-02 Posts,CTC/Package per annum: Rs.6 to 8.5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:45.
  5. Production Manager - 01 Post, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.5 to 6.5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:45.
  6. Chief Engineer(Plant) - 02 Posts,CTC/Package per annum: Rs.5 to 6.5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:45.
  7. Manager Finance -01 Post, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.4.2 to 5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:40.
  8. Manager HR-01 Post, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.4.2 to 5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:40.
  9. Manager Instrumentation-02 Posts,CTC/Package per annum: Rs.4.2 to 5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:40.
  10. Manager SHE-02 Posts, CTC/Package per annum: Rs.4.2 to 5 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:40.
  11. Sr.Analyst /Quality Control Officer-02 Posts,CTC/Package per annum: Rs.3 to 4 Lacs Plus Perks, Age Limit:35.
