RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER)
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up 22 vacancies to the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) Group ‘C’ on temporary basis likely to be permanent in ITB Police Force.
Last Date: 25/07/2011. for all States except for Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, and Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 01.08.2011.
  • Sub-Inspector(Stenographer)- 22 Posts (UR-11,SC-05, ST-05, OBC-01) 
    • Pay Scale: Rs. .5200–20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2,800/- per month Plus Other allowances 
    • Age Limit: Between 18 to 25 Years 
    • Qualification :(a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent. (b)Dictation- 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute,Transcription- 50 minutes (English) on computer; or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer. (c)Should have basic knowledge of computer application.
