Baitarani Gramya Bank invites online applications from Indian citizens, for the posts in Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale- I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The detail procedures and the terms and conditions have been enumerated hereunder:-

Last date for on line registration:15.07.2011.
  • Officer MMG Scale-III-02 Post (Gen-02)
    • Pay Scale:Rs.25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500/- At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.40940/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
    • Age Limit:Above 21 years but below 40 years. 
    • Qualification: (1)Law officer:-Degree of recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.(2)Treasury Officer:-Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute.
  • Officer MMG Scale-II-01 Post(Gen-01) 
    • Pay Scale:Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100/- At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 30904/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate 
    • Age Limit:Above 21 years but below 32 years.
    • Qualification (Marketing Officer): MBA in Marketing from any Institute of repute.
  • Officer JMG Scale-I -20 Posts(SC-02,OBC-05,Gen-13) 
    • Pay Scale:Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700/- At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 23098 /- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
    • Age Limit: Above 18 years but below 28 years. 
    • Qualification:)Graduate Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent, Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry,Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.and Knowledge of English and Oriya is essential, Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS-DOS, MS-WORD,MS-EXCEL, and Networking etc.
  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose)-39 Posts(SC-14,ST-06, OBC-06,Gen-13) 
    • Pay Scale:Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500- 800/1-19300/- At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.12824 /-per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
    • Age Limit:Above 18 years and below 28 years. 
    • Qualification:Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized university in any discipline, Essential: Proficiency in local language i. e. Odiya.,Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.
