Applications are invited from Indian Citizens, for filling up the following vacancies on temporary basis likely to be permanent in the post of Head Constable (Combatised Ministerial) Group ‘C’ in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force.
Last Date : 14/07/2011 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District
and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 21st July, 2011.
  • Head Constable(Combatised Ministerial) -328 Posts (Gen-168, SC-48, ST-24, OBC-88) 
    • Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/- per month. Plus Other allowances. 
    • Age Limit :Between 18 to 25 Years 
    • Qualification : Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board or equivalent ,Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi only on computer.
