Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited is looking for following posts:-

Qualification : Should be a Post Graduate in Law.DGMs in public sector and private sector banks. (OR) AGMs in Public / Private Sector Banks with exceptional qualification / performance in Legal related functions.
Experience :Should have an exceptional experience in Legal related Banking functions at least for a period 20 years.
Age Limit :Preferred age is between 50 to 60 years which may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally good candidates.
Salary :Candidates selected will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs.70,000/- per month. The appointee will also be eligible to have appropriate perks like House Rent reimbursement, Car with Driver, Telephone, etc as applicable to other DGMs of the Bank.

Eligibility :DGMs in Public Sector and Private Sector Banks with exceptional experience in Treasury & FOREX.
Experience in Treasury & Forex at higher level in recent times alone will be considered. (OR) AGMs with 5 years experience in Treasury and FOREX.
Experience:Should have an exceptional experience in Money market operations, dealing in G-Sec to meet SLR obligations as well as Non-SLR securities, supervising Call Money Desk, Investments, Dealing in Forex operations and in Integrated Treasury Operations.
Age Limit :Preferred age is between 50 to 60 years which may be relaxed in the case of exceptionally good candidates.
Salary : Candidates selected would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs.70,000/- per month. The appointee would also be eligible to have appropriate perks like House Rent reimbursement, Car with Driver, Telephone, etc.

Qualification :ACS (Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
Experience: 5 years (Persons who have worked in the secretarial side in a Bank or Large NBFC or Financial Institutions will carry additional advantage).
Age Limit: Not less than 30 and not more than 50 Years as on 31-05-2011.
Salary :Selected candidate will be absorbed in Scale IV. Higher Scale can be considered for deserving case. In Scale IV, the Gross Emolument will be Rs.46,757/- p.m (Basic+DA). In addition, he/she will be eligible for facilities like, Gratuity, Pension, Leave Encashment, and Leave Fare Concession for self & dependent family members, Bank's Accommodation or Leased Accommodation, Reimbursement of Conveyance Charges/Fuel Expenses, Entertainment Expenses, Medical Aid & Hospitalization Expenses for self & dependent family members, etc. as applicable under Bank's rules.
