Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad is looking for a CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (CAO) who will supervise and direct all administrative functions and also act as Secretary to IIMA Board/Society.

- Pay & Allowances:Pay in the Pay Band 4 of Rs.37,400-67,000 with a corresponding Grade Pay of Rs.9500/- plus other allowances and superannuation benefits
- Age Limit: Around 50 Years
- Qualification & Experience:Applicants should be post-graduates in any discipline (10+2+3+2) preferably with a degree or diploma in management OR engineering graduates preferably with degree or diploma in management OR a post-graduate in management from a reputed University/Institute as a full time student. Applicants should have a minimum of 20 years experience as an Officer out of which 10 years experience in senior administrative positions. Candidates working in Government/ Autonomous organizations should have spent at least five years in the pre-revised scale of pay of Rs.12000-375-16500 or above. Excellent organizing skills, high performance orientation and ability to make continuous systemic improvements would be preferred attributes.
