• GM Marketing 
•  Qualification & Experience : MBAs with a minimum of 20 years of selling / marketing experience in FMCG, building materials, consumer products and consumer durables may apply.
• Sales Officers 
•  Qualification & Experience : MBAs with 2-5 years of selling / marketing experience in FMCG, building materials, consumer products and consumer durables may apply. 
• Technical Sales Officers 
• Qualification & Experience : Civil Engineering graduates or diploma holders with 2-5 years of result oriented experience in sales, marketing, customer service and dealer network areas of consumer products would be preferred. 
• DGM - Mechanical 
• Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years experience in maintenance in a large modern cement plant.
• DGM Process 
•  Qualification & Experience : Graduates in Chemical engineering with a minimum of 16 years experience in a large modern cement plant. 
• AGM - Quality Control 
• Qualification & Experience : Graduates / Post Graduates in Chemistry with 20-25 years of experience in a large modern cement plant.
• AGM - Civil 
• Qualification & Experience : Graduate Engineers in Civil with a minimum of 16 years of experience in execution of civil projects. Innovative persons with exposure to planning will be preferred
• Manager-Electrical 
• Qualification & Experience : Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in cement / process industry.
• Dy.Manager-Industrial Engineering 
• Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from reputed institute having 5-7 years of experience in a process industry or an engineering industry is preferred
• Dy.Manager-Mines
• Qualification & Experience : Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering with competency certificates in I class / II class, having a minimum experience of 5 years.
• Deputy Officer-Process / Quality Control 
•  Qualification & Experience : Chemistry Graduates with a minimum of 2 years experience in a large modern cement plant may apply for process control and CCR operations.
• Chemist Trainees 
• Qualification & Experience : Fresh first class Chemistry Graduates with good academic background and willing to work in a factory environment.
