Invites Engineers to Join The Indian Navy as Short Service Commissioned Officers in Executive Branch (General Service) and Technical Branchers Jul-2012 Course.
Applications are invited from unmarried male and female candidates for grant Short Service Commission(SSC) in Executive Branch (General Service) and Technical Branches on the Indian Navy for July 2012 Couse at Indian Navel Academy(INA) Ezhimala, Keral. Candidates to fulfill conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India.
Eligibility Conditions
  • Technical (General Service)Branch (‘E’&‘L’) 
    • Age Limit : 19½ to 25 years. 
    • Qualification : Four years BE/B. Tech Engineering Degree qualified with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised university with one of the following streams: - for Branch 'E':(i) Mechanical (ii) Marine (iii) Automotive,(iv) Mechtronics (v) Industrial & Production (vi) Metallurgy (vii) Aeronautical /Aerospace (viii) Control. For 'L'Branch:(i) Electrical (ii) Electronics (iii) TeleCommunication (iv) Instrumentation (v) Instrumentation and Control (vi) Electronics and Instrumentation (vii) Electronics and Communication (viii) Power Engineering (ix) Control System Engineering (x) Power Electronics (xi) Computer Science Engg.
  • Submarine Cadre(Engineering & Electrical Branch) 
    • Age Limit : 19½ to 25 years. 
    • Qualification :Four years BE/B. Tech Engineering Degree qualified with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised university with one of the following streams: - For Engineering Branch : Mechanical, For Electrical Branch : Electrical’ or ‘Electronics’ or ‘Control’ or ‘Telecommunication’ or Instrumentation.
  • Naval Architecture Cadre 
    • Age Limit : 21 to 25 years. 
    • Qualification : Four years BE/B. Tech Engineering Degree qualified with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised university with one of the following streams: -e (i) Mechanical (ii) Civil (iii) Aeronautical/Aerospace (iv) Metallurgy (v) Naval Architecture.
  • Executive(GS) Cadre 
    • Age Limit : 19½ to 25 years 
    • Qualification : Four years BE/B. Tech Engineering Degree in any discipline qualified with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised university.
Last date for Online application : 04/10/2011.

The online application registration will cease on 04 Oct 11. Print two copies of the online Application Form having the system generated Roll Number.
