  • Scientist-B Qualification : M.Sc. in Physics/Atmospheric Sciences;Ph.D. in Physics/Atmospheric Sciences, Desirable :Experience in Atmospheric Electricity/Cloud Physics. 
  • Scientist-B Qualification : M.A/M.Sc. in Geography; Ph.D in Geography,Desirable : Experience in Geomorphology  /Terrain Analysis / Landuse/Natural Resources Management/River Basin Analysis/Remote Sensing-GIS. 
  • Scientist-B Qualification : M.Sc in Geophysics; Ph.D in Geophysics/Geology, Desirable : Experience in Seismology Scientist-B Qualification : M.Sc in Geology;Ph.D. in Geology Desirable: Experience in Natural Hazards. 
  • Scientist-B Qualification : M.Sc. Physics/Geophysics/Mathematics; Ph.D in Atmospheric/ Oceanic /Geophysical/Fluid Dynamics/ Climate Modelling. Desirable : Experience in Hydrodynamic/Fluid Dynamic/ClimateModelling. 
  • Scientist- B Qualification : M.Sc. in Geology;Ph.D. in Geology, Desirable :Experience in Palaeomagnetism Scientist-B (Librarian) Qualification : 1st class M.Lib and one year experience as Librarian after M.Lib. Desirable : Experience in handling library softwares. 
Pay Scale :Rs. 15600-39100 + GP.Rs.5400/- In addition to Basic pay, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, CCA, Gratuity, Professional Update Allowance etc. at CSIR rates are also admissible.
Age Limit : Maximum 35 Years.
Last Date : 30/11/2011.
