AICL which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air India Ltd and is in the business of air transportation of passenger and cargo, headquartered in Kochi, India, invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the post of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Chief Operating Officer 
    • Experience : The incumbent should have a minimum experience of fifteen years, be professionally qualified, result oriented with proven leadership qualities and should have been part of the Top Management Team of any Public/Private Sector organization. 
    • Age Limit : 45 Years. 
    • Compensation : The compensation package will be 60% fixed (Rs.25-30 lakhs) cost to the Company and will be negotiable based on qualification, experience in the industry and other relevant factors plus 40% pay would be linked to Performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which will be determined by Management/Board.
