Applications are invited from eligible Indian sportspersons to fill up 12 vacancies against Open Advertisement quota in Sports Sports in Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2800/2400 (03 posts) & Rs. 2000/1900 (09 posts) over various Divisions/Workshops/Units in Northern Railway in the following disciplines:-
  • Athletic (Men)- 08 Posts
  • Volleyball (Men)-02 Posts
  • Hockry (Women)-02 Posts
Age Limit :  between 18 to 25 years of age as on 01/01/2012
Qualification : Graduate for PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs. 2800/2400 (3 posts)., Matriculate/ITI/Equivalent for PB -1 Rs. 5200-20200 Grade pay Rs. 2000/1900 (9 posts).
Last Date : 28/10/2011.
How to apply :-The candidate fulfilling the conditions regarding eligibility of age, educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria as explained above should apply for the post notified as per application formats given in the advertisement on a good quality plain paper of A-4 size along with 2 latest passport size photographs (one duly pasted on the application form) duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
