ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), OCAC
Orissa Computer Application Centre (OCAC), established in 1985 functions as the Technical Directorate of Department of IT, Govt. of Orissa. OCAC was conceived by the State Government to bridge the gap between services & people and theory & practice. It continues to develop knowledgebased solutions and practices that ensure sustained link among technology, services and people.
  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 
    • Qualification : Post Graduate qualification such as M.Tech or MBA from a reputed Institute/ University will be prefered. Should have atleast 7 years of experience as a team leader managing IT/ e-governance projects: preparation of project reports, mobilization of funds, selection of implementation agency,/ building a implementation team, delivery, training, support etc. Should have experience in Business development. Should have atleast 3 years experience at the helm of an organization/ independent unit within an organisation with more than 100 employees and Rs.100 crore turnover. Should have experience in working with Government and related agencies. 
    • Compensation & Benefits : The Compensation will be fixed at Rs 1.5 lakh per month. However in case a candidate of exceptional merit is found during the interview process, the interview panel may consider negotiating a higher salary (negotiable). In case a candidate from Government Agencies / Central and State PSUs is found suitable, protection of his/her salary along with admissible allowances will be considered. CEO will be provided with suitable accommodation and transportation.
