Sports Authority of India (SAI), invites applications from ELIGIBLE CITIZENS OF INDIA for filling up various posts in Sports Sciences & Medicine Cadres as per SAI (Sports Sciences & Medicine ) Staff Recruitment Rules 1992 at its Head Office, New Delhi and its various Regional Centres/Sub-Centres spread all over India as per details given below :- 

  • Junior Scientific Officer - 19 Posts (Gen-10,OBC-06,SC-02,ST-01) 
    • Pay Scale :Rs.15600-39100+GP.Rs.5400/- 
    • Age Limit : 35 Years. 
    • Qualification : M.Sc/M.A in respected discipline from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC and 50% for SC/ST candidates. 
    • Discipline : 
      • Psychology-02, 
      • Physiology-04, 
      • Biochemistry-02, 
      • Food&Nutrition- 02, 
      • Biomechanics-03, 
      • Anthropometry-02, 
      • Sports Medicine-04. 
  • Junior Scientific Assistant-05 Posts (Gen-02, OBC-02,SC-01) 
    • Pay Scale :Rs.5200-20200+GP.Rs.2800/-. 
    • Age Limit : 25 Years. 
    • Qualification : B.Sc/B.A in respected discipline from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC and 50% for SC/ST Candidates. 
    • Discipline :

      • Physiology-02, 
      • Biomechanics-01
