- Company Secretary
- Qualification : The candidate shall be a Graduate with Associate member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India with 8 years’ post qualification experience in the Company Secretary function of a reputed industry or organization.
- Age Limit : 45 Years.
- Pay Scale : Rs.12000-16700 (Under revision) plus DA and HRA. Emoluments at the minimum of the scale shall be around Rs.34,440/-(Basic Pay, 177% of DA and 10% HRA subject to rules). Higher start can be considered in cases having higher qualification and experience.
- Engineer Trainees
- Qualification : Graduates in Mechanical Engg./Electrical & Electronics/Civil Engg. with minimum of 60% marks.
- Age Limit : 26 Years.
- Stipend : Rs.10000/-p.m. Those found suitable will be inducted into the regular scale of pay of Rs.6450-200-7650-225-11475 (E-8 Grade) (Under revision) on probation for a period of 2 years. The emoluments include DA at Govt. rates and HRA. Present total emoluments at the minimum scale works out to Rs.18,512/- (Basic Pay, 177% of DA and 10% HRA subject to rules).
