Recruitment of Constables(GD) in CAPFs and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles , 2012
Staff Selection Commission will make recruitment to the posts of Constable (GD)in ITBPF, BSF,CISF,CRPF and SSB and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles.Female candidate will be considered for posts earmarked for them in different CAPFs.
  • Constables(GD) - 42422 Posts (Male:39574,Female:2848) 
    • Qualification : Matriculation or Xth class pass from a recognized board / university. 
    • Pay Scale :Rs.5200-20200+GP.Rs.2000/-
    • Age Limit : 18-23 Years. 
    • Vacancies Force Wise : 
      • Assam Fifles- Male:6060.
      • Border Security Force- Male:10640, Female:2547.
      • Central Industrial Security Force- Male:2250, Female:250,
      • Central Reserve Police Force- Male: 10189, Female:51,
      • Indo Tibetan Border Police Force-Male:5744, 
      • Sashstra Seema Bal- Male : 4691.
