    • Qualification :A university degree in Economics or related fields; preferably at post-graduate degree level, 
    • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects, especially infrastructure related projects.
    • Technical Knowledge:Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative impact evaluation methodologies. Extensive practical experience in monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage,Extensive knowledge of the Indian economy,A good understanding of the policy and regulatory framework pertinent to ADB's India operation, including infrastructure finance and PPPs,Familiarity with ADB processes and procedures and public sector operations,Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
