Air India Air Transport Services Ltd. (AIATSL) wishes to engage Indian Nationals, who meet with the requirements specified herein for ground duties at Kolkata Airport for the following positions and to maintain waitlist, on a fixed-term contract for a period of three years, OR till such time AIATSL has the contract for ground handling functions at Kolkata:-
  • Ramp Service Agent-30 Posts (SC-07,ST-01,OBC-06,OTHER-16)
    • Date of Interview : 23/08/2011 and 24/08/2011 at Air India Limited, Engineering Complex, New Technical Area, Dum Dum, Kolkata-700052. 
    • Qualification : Three years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle/Auto Electrical/Air Conditioning/Diesel Mechanic/Bench Fitter/Welder (ITI with NCTVT Certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government with one year experience), after passing SSC/equivalent examination with Hindi/English/Local language, as one of the subjects. 
    • Age Limit : Not above 28 years ( Relaxation as per Govt. Rules) 
    • Emoluments : Ist Year Rs.12000/-p.m., 2nd Years: Rs.13000/-p.m., 3rd Year Rs.14000/-p.m.
  • Sr.Ramp Service Agent-17 Posts (SC-04,ST-01,OBC-03,OTHER-09)
    • Date of Interview : 25/08/2011 at Air India Limited, Engineering Complex, New Technical Area, Dum Dum, Kolkata-700052. 
    • Qualification : Three years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle/Auto Electrical/Air Conditioning/Diesel Mechanic/Bench Fitter/Welder (ITI with NCTVT Certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government with one year experience), after passing SSC/equivalent examination with Hindi/English/Local language, as one of the subjects.
