  • General Manager 
    • Qualification : Graduation - Preferably with CAIIB, Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential. 
    • Age Limit : Not Exceeding 55 Years. 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
  • Deputy General Manager 
    • Qualification : Graduation - Preferably with CAIIB, Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential. 
    • Age Limit : Not Exceeding 50 Years 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
  • Assistant General Manager 
    • Qualification : Graduation. Preference will be given to the candidates with Professional Qualifications, Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential. 
    • Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years. 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
  • Assistant General Manager(Legal) 
    • Qualification : Degree in LAW or Master Degree in LAW,JAIIB / CAIIB Preferable, Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential.
    • Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years. 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
  • Assistant General Manager(Accounts) 
    • Qualification : ACA, Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential.
    • Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years. 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
  • Assistant General Manager(Treasury) 
    • Qualification : Graduation - Preferably with Diploma in Treasury and Investment / International Banking & Finance / CAIIB.Knowledge in Computer Operations is essential.
    • Age Limit : Not exceeding 45 years. 
    • Salary : As per IBA Norms applicable to Respective cadre + other Benefits / allowances as per internal settlement.
