RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF PA, JIO-II/WT AND JIO-II/EDP- 2011. 
On-line applications are invited for the following posts in Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India to be filled through direct recruitment from amongst the candidates fulfilling the eligibility conditions as indicated below:- 
  • Personal Assistant (P.A.)-58 Posts (UR-30,OBC-12,SC-12,ST-06) 
    • Qualification : Matriculation from a recognized Board with proficiency in Stenography (100 words per minute) .
    • Pay Scale :Rs.9300-34800+GP.Rs.4600/- 
  • Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II (Wireless Telegraphy)- 198 Posts (UR-110,OBC-47,SC-30,ST-11) 
    • Qualification : Matriculation in Physics and Mathematics with two years Industrial Training Institute pass certificate in any of the following trades:-i)Electronic Mechanic ii)Information Technology and Electronic System maintenance iii)Electrician iv)Mechanic Computer Hardware v)Mechanic (Radio & TV) vi)Mechanic cum operator of Electronic Communication system. 
    • Pay Scale :Rs.5200-20200+GP.Rs.2400/-.
  •  Junior Intelligence Officer Grade-II (Electronics Data Processing)-06 Posts(UR-03, OBC-02,SC-01) 
    • Qualification : 12th Standard pass or equivalent,Training in computer operations for, at least, three months from recognised Institutions and possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry work. Note: Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry work would be judged by conducting a speed test on EDP Machines by the Competent Authority. 
    • Pay Scale :Rs.5200-20200+GP.Rs.2400/-
