    • Qualification : For Personnel Department :Candidates should have 1st Class in MBA/ PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management with 60% aggregate marks of all years/ semesters (55% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes. For HRD Section :Candidates should have 1st Class in MBA (HR) with 60% aggregate marks of all years/ semesters (55% for SC/ST candidates) from reputed institutes and a certification of being a Trainer in the field of Management. 
    • Age Limit : For E2 Grade : 35 Years, For E3 Grade:40 Years, For E5 Grade: 48 Years. 
    • Pay Scale : For Grade: E2- Rs.24900-3%-50500/-, For Grade E3: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-, For Grade E5 : Rs.43200-3%-66000/-
