  • Stenographer cum Assistant Qualification : Degree(+2 pass for STs of Lakshadweep) with Higher Grade Type writing and shorthand or three years Secretarial Course.
  • Marine Superintendent Qualification : Class-1 Marine Engineers having served as Chief Engineers on Foreign and Coastal Vessels for atleast one year interested in Shore based job.
  • Assistant Manager(ISM & Co-ordn) Qualificaton : Should hold certificate of Competency as Master(FG)/service and must have a minimum sailing experience of one year as Master in coastal or Foreign going vessels and should have Commanded vessels above 3000 GRT.
  • Manager (Personnel) Qualification : MBA (HR) with 5 Years in Medium/Large scale Organization.
