FLYING BRANCH
  • No. 40 Short Service Commission Course (Women) (40 SSC (W))
  • Age Limit : 19 to 23 Years. 
  • Qualification : Graduates (Three year degree course) in any discipline from a recognised University who have attained minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech degree (Four year course) from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together.
TECHNICAL BRANCH
  • No. 54 Short Service Commission Course(Women) (54 SSC (W))
  • Age Limit : 18 to 28 Years. 
  • Qualification : Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) (AE (L).,Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) (AE (M).
GROUND DUTY BRANCHES
  • No. 42 Short Service Commission Course (Women) (42 SSC (W))
  • Disciple : Administration & Accounts, Accounts, Meteorology, Education. 
  • Age Limit : For Graduates :20 to 23 years.,For Post Graduates / LLB ( Five years integrated course):20 to 25 Years,For LLB (Three years course after Graduation) : 20 to 28 Years,For M Ed/Ph D/CA/ICWA : 20 to 27 Years. 
  • Qualification : Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all papers put together or a Post Graduate Degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together
Last Date : 13/01/2012.
How to apply:-If you meet the eligibility criteria, download the application format from our website www.careerairforce.nic.in, complete the columns in the application form in English (Block Capitals) and send the same by POST to the address as per First Choice of Centre for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT). Alternately, the application can be typed or handwritten (in Block Capitals) as per the format given in the advertisement in A4 size paper. Application must reach the concerned Command HQ on or before last date for receipt of applications
